I am self employed and sell and install Warehouse pallet Racks like you see in Home depots, Sam's Club, ect.... I love to drag race, I am just not very good at it. We have had the pleasure of racing a Max Wedge Station Wagon in NSS and NJS for a few years. Now have raced NMC and AMC for two years and are having allot of fun. I hope to be back in 2004 going 10.00s in my buick GS. Thanks to my family for all their help and support. We are glad to be part of the NMCA, PRO and theTexasOutsiders . Can't wait to start racin next year !

Farming has been a full time job lately. I am 66 years of age, been on the farm all my life, now farming 800 acres with our son, Robby. We raise corn, wheat, soybeans and Mopars! I have been in drag racing all my adult life, off and on. an original member of NMCA, beginning with first meet at nearby Beech Bend Raceway, about 27 miles from my home. I have been SE champ in 1997, 2000, 2001 and 2002, with my 1970 440 Cuda. I have raced a lot of cars, but never owned a race car until this year, when I bought a1970 Duster 340 bracket car. An avid mopar fan, I also have a few muscle cars I've collected over the years.

Wife - Amanda, Daughter - Aby, Cats: AshLee, Tehan, & Lilly, Dogs: Dakota, Goose & Libby Project Manager - Remtex Inc (Waterjet Cutting Specialists) I was born in October, 1971 and my love of racing developed rather early. If I remember correctly, it was the summer of 1978 when I became "hooked" while watching the old man bang through a big block, 4 Speed 1968 Corvette. My interest in the motor aspect of the car business developed in 1984 while following a street machine project of a 1972 Camaro, titled ‘Nasty Habit’. My first hot rod was a 1980 Z28 with a big block, which helped me get a well-deserved drag racing ticket. The end of my street racing days came in 1991 when I purchased a 1985 Corvette with 30k on the clock. Needless to say, in 1992 the car was running 12.0 and still getting 27 MPG! The year 1992 recorded my 21st birthday and the selling of the Corvette. Shortly thereafter, in 1994, the 1975 El Camino was released. After kicking 3 small blocks out of the car (10.30 @ 136) we put an iron headed big block in the car. At 4150 lbs, it managed to run a street legal 9.73 @ 140. We did have one try at the big tire game with the old man’s 1965 Nova. We ended up 5th in points in NMCA Outlaw Street in 1997 with a picture in Hot Rod Magazine in 1998. Over the last few years from 2002-2005 fun has been had with the ’85 Corvette, mentioned above, that the old man ended up buying back when he sold his Nova. We took many awards in NMCA True Street. During the 2003 we started a project, which has yet to be finished, it is a 1988 Camaro built to run NMCA Extreme Street. This has been a ground up effort with a lot of help from Ed at MTS Racing Driveline, Mickey at M.R. Solutions and my work Remtex Inc. The car has been out on Horsepower running in the 10.30 range street tires through the mufflers and has runner-up'ed Super Chevy Rt. 66 2005 in the DOT class.
