Dallas Schultz 1972 Dodge Demon
|
16-year-old Dallas Schultz runs www.ElDiabloBlanco.com (72 smallblock Demon) in the NMC division. His first event was the Texas Outsider’s first race at the FE Nationals in Noble, OK. He took first in the NMC division and won the FE Nationals trophy for R/T – with a .003.
Dallas and his father (member Dave Schultz) try to get to the track every Wednesday and Friday. They also make a couple hundred Practice Tree passes a week. It is Dallas’ dream to become a top professional NHRA drag racer someday. He and Dave have a deal, where Dave will finance him as far as his abilities take him – provided Dallas understands a Zero Tolerance policy is in effect on tobacco, drugs, and alcohol; or any problems with school or the law.

I am a disabled vet. I'm 56 years old. The car is a 1962 Plymouth Belvedere 2 door hdtp. A mild .030 over 440 wedge with Edelbrock alum heads, cross ram with Edelbrock 625 cfm carbs, Comp cam with Crane lifters and rocker arms. Running a 9 inch Ford rear with a Detroit locker. I built the car with the help of Clay Kossuth for hard to find parts and advice.
