Clay Kossuth |
Upon returning home from the Navy, I met Rosie and was fortunate to have her become my wife. We have two sons, Clayton Jr., and Jason, who have become fine young men. We played with ski boats and motorcycles for recreation. When the kids were younger we traveled throughout the 48 states and across Canada several times by motorcycles. Great fun!! In the mid 80's we made the mistake of going to the dragstrip and the next thing you know we're building a 63 Plymouth to go play with. One thing let to another and the year before I retired in 1998 we built my current car "Max Attack" which has been great fun at the track. It especially likes to beat a certain Ford from the Fort Worth area. It has been a lot of fun going to the Super Stock Reunion in Richmond, VA, the Chrysler Classics, NSCA, NMCA, etc. It's been a great pleasure getting to know the great NSS family around the country and all the help from Arlen, Big Dave, Tony, Duels, Jack, Johnny Kelly, Doc, The Texas bunch and everyone else we've met along the way. If you want to have a great time join NSS and go racing. See ya at the track!! |

"Captain" Tom Ferguson |
Upon leaving the Navy, Tom was hired at Michelin Tires as a Tire Engineer. He told them he had already burned up more tires than most people do in a lifetime. That intrigued them enough to offer him a job. Living life from 9 to 5 was hard to do though, so after 3 years (and with the Airlines hiring), Tom left Michelin to return to Aviation. Tom is now a Captain with American Airlines, and flys both the Boeing 757 and Boeing 767 aircraft. He has a wife,a son, two daughters, a grandson, and two granddaughters. His spare time is consumed on his Nostalgia Super Stock Max Wedge Wagon, and on his LinearDyne ET prediction software system. His brother, Jerry, is also a member of the Texas Outsiders, and is the proud owner of one of the original Hurst Hemi Darts. |
